Kuramas Question and Answer 2

Hope:  YAY!!!  I’M BACK!!  I’M SOOOOO HAPPY!!!!

Kurama: So much so that you have to scream?  -rubs ear tenderly as he winces-  Enhanced hearing, remember?

Hope: -is cowed-  Sorry, Kurama…  Anyway!!!  I love you Vhee!!!!  (Note:  Not in a gay way…)  Hey, I just realized that I can’t say ‘Kurama-sama’ ‘cause that rhymes…

Kurama: What’s wrong with that?

Hope: Hello?  This isn’t a poem, you know!

Kurama: What does that have to do with it?

Hope: I can only rhyme in poems…

Kurama: I see…  You’re insane, did you know that?

Hope: -waves her papers declaring her legally insane over her head-  Duuuuuuuuh!  ‘Course I knew!

Kurama: Just making sure.

Hope: Wow, you’re sure crabby today, aren’t you?

Kurama: I’m waiting for an update.

Hope: Of what?

Kurama: JoIsBishMyoga’s fic ‘A Good Offense’.

Hope: Oh!  I love that one!  It’s the sequal to her fic ‘The Best Defense’, right?

Kurama: That is correct.  I can’t honestly say that I’ve ever enjoyed Harry Potter, but the idea of a HP/YYH crossover is rather intriguing, especially considering that the author hit our personalities dead on.

Hope: She did, didn’t she?

Kurama: -nods-  That she did.

Hope: So, anyway, before we both get harassed for dawdling, shall we start with the questions?

Kurama: Very well.

Hope: ‘Kay!  From: Just 2 Dream Of You  (before I go on, everyone applaud her for being my first reviewer!)

It seems fitting that I should be one of the first one's to review (or if I am the very first that would be awesome) ANYWAY, hello Kurama!

Kurama: -smiles and waves-  Hello, Vhee, how are you feeling?

Hope: Suddenly so cheery.  You scare me.

Kurama: -kind, yet very evil smile-  Good.  Let’s keep it that way, shall we?

Hope: -shudders- Right…

Questions:

1: When did you first realize you loved your human mother, Shiori?

Kurama: Well, let’s see…  I suppose you could call it love, though it’s more possessive than anything.  She’s the woman that technically gave birth to me, or at least to my human self.  I believe I started to realize my cares for her around age eight.  She worried about me more around that age, for some reason, and would always ask me how I felt when I came home from school.  Is that a suitable answer?

Hope: Do you care?

Kurama: -knowing smile-  Why, of course!  After all, if I don’t look after Vhee, Hiei will eventually grow bored of her.

Hope: …  I wonder what’s in it for you?

Kurama: You’ll know soon enough.  –steeples fingers in a very well done ‘doctor evil’ impression-  I believe we have more from her?

Hope: Yeah, yeah…

2: Why do you prefer your hair to be long?

Kurama: Well, that’s fairly easy to answer.  You see, I don’t just magically pull my rose from my hair like a rabbit out of a hat.  I have seeds for different plants in my hair.  I use a bit of my energy to keep the seeds in place until I need them, then I use more energy to make the plant grow, as I do when I change my rose into my rosewhip.  Did that make sense?  I keep my hair long so that I have room to hide the seeds.  It gives an edge of surprise when I’m in a fight if my opponents don’t know I have an entire arsenal on my person.  –smiles-

Hope: Wow.  That’s awesome.  But, how do you brush your hair?

Kurama: Very carefully.  Or I take the seeds out, but that usually takes too long.

Hope: Really?  How many seeds do you have in there?

Kurama: A little over two hundred, why?

Hope: O.O  And I’m crazy?

Kurama: Yes, you are.  Next question!

3: Being gay doesn't bother you but what about all the people (fangirls ugh) that pair you with Hiei? What do you think about that?

Kurama: I don’t care for it much, honestly.  Hiei’s more of a brother figure than anything, and it irritates me to no end that people pair us together.

Hope: Yet you read HeKur FF?  You’re a hypocrite, you know…

Kurama: For your information, Miss Darkness, I read ‘A Good Offense’ because it’s written wonderfully and I happen to like Remus/Sirius, thank you.  And I believe that Miss Granger is absolutely adorable when she tries to defeat me with such simple spells.  –smiles as he remembers-

Hope: Pedo…

Kurama: What did you say?

Hope: -gulp- Nothing!

Kurama: I thought so.  Continue.

Kurama: Of course.  Use whatever honorary title that you desire.

Hope: -looks off to the side-  Anyone else notice that he seems a bit happy with this?

Kurama: I assure you, I am displeased in the most unpleasant ways.  –is grinning anyway-

Hope: Yeah, whatever.  –doesn’t believe him-

1: Might I ask (because I am a fangirl of this) if you think you could ever see Botan as anything more then a friend?

Kurama: Unfortunately for her, no.  In case you didn’t notice, she’s a bit of a ditz and I’m not interested in ‘goofy’ relationships.  It must be completely serious to grab my attention.

Hope: -snorts- I thought you didn’t care, as long as you got-

Kurama: -covers her mouth-  Sssshhh!!!  There are children reading this!

Hope: -slobbers on his hand until he pulls it away in disgust-  You know, that always worked with my little brother…

Kurama: I am not-

Hope: Next one!

2) You are usually the voice of reason within the group. You have the ability to calm most everyone down to a certain degree...have you ever wanted or have you ever cut loose and acted a bit like them and been a bit wild and goofy and just unrefined? (besides when you had to make the face to get your opponent to laugh that one time)</b>

Kurama: Ah, yes!  I remember that!  It was rather fun.  A good mental workout, indeed.  And yes, I do tend to let loose every once in a while.  Especially when Yusuke declares that he can ‘whoop my ass’ and I have to correct his assumptions.  –smiles-  The last time that happened, we raced from Kyoto to Tokyo.  It took about thirty five minutes, but it was rather exhilarating.  –shakes his head-  Yusuke has yet to learn that I am superior in every way.

Hope: My, aren’t we full of ourselves?

Kurama: Yes.  Have a problem?

Hope: Nope.

3) In some fics your Youko-persona can sometimes be seen as a playboy-type, or at least someone who loves girls. Is this true? Does it have some truth to it? Or is it just something that authors have created?

Kurama: Well, if we’re being technical, my ‘Youko-persona’ is me.  We are the same person.  Now, of course, due to the fact that I and Shuichi, the frail human who let me borrow his body in the womb, now share the body and have combined our souls and lifeforces, I do tend to have a bit of a split personality.  And, to directly answer your question, yes, I do like girls.  I can do quite a bit with them.  For example, last night, I-

Hope: -stuffs a sock in his mouth-  Now who’s talking about inappropriate material that children could be reading?

Kurama: -pulls sock out-  That is disgusting.

Hope: What, the words or the socks?

Kurama: The socks!  Sex is a perfectly normal and healthy activity.  Any creature with or without intelligence does it.

Hope: Perv.

Kurama: Excuse me?

Hope: -shifts away- Curve…  There’s a… curve…  in the ceiling…

Kurama: -doesn’t believe her- Next.  Question.

4) What is your favorite season?

Kurama: Spring.  No doubt about it.  I love the Spring, mostly because the plants are so very alive during that season.  Well…  And hunting season.  I rather enjoy venison.

Hope: -stares at him in horror-  You eat reindeer!  Santa!!!  -sobs-

Kurama: -sweatdrops-  Santa doesn’t exist…

Hope: Oh.  Okay.

Kurama: She didn’t even notice my joke…

Hope: Actually, I ignored it.

Kurama: What?

Hope: And on we go!

5) This is personal but I am curious--please believe me when I say I am not a fangirl of yours. Oh! No offense be taken please!--what do you think you would look for in a female? Looks and personality if you don't mind.

Kurama: Well, looks?  She’s have to be at least half as pretty as I am, with dark eyes, preferably blue, and a very pretty smile.

Hope: That’s me!

Kurama: -ignores the silly fangirl and continues-  And personality-wise, she’d have to be smart, obviously.  And absolutely trustworthy, not to mention able to keep a secret.  She’d have to be very strong-willed so she can put up with someone as eccentric and vain as me.  Let’s see…  Oh!  And I’d very much prefer it if she were kind.

Hope: You’re only saying that because your last… partner was a bitch.

Kurama: And?  You’re a bitch, too.

Hope: -shrugs-  Don’t I know it…

6) Many can give Kuwabara a hard time, which is a pity cause I find him a wonderful character...would you mind telling me your personal opinoin of him?

Kurama: I would trust Kuwabara with any secret in the world.  If it weren’t for the fact that he’s so damn weak, I’d probably trust him with my life as well.  He may be a bit naïve, but he has honor, and that is a very rare trait in anyone, much less a human.

Hope: That was very sweet.

Kurama: Really?  Could I change that, then?

Hope: Nope!

Kurama: She’s doing quite well, thank you!  In fact, this morning, she and I were having a delicious breakfast together.  It was miso soup, fish, rice with delicious onigiri for afterward!  I was so proud because it was her first time making miso soup since she was in the hospital.

Hope: Oh, you mean in the beginning of the show?  When you saved her life with that mirror thingy?

Kurama: Yes. –nods-

serious: how has it been living as a human, now moreover in a mix of a insensitive demon combined with the sensible human heart?

Kurama: That’s insulting.  I’m a very sensitive guy.  And being sensitive and sensible are completely different things.

Hope: That was mean.

Kurama: She insulted me!  I’m very mean to people who insult me.

Hope: Uhg…

Kurama: It wasn’t deep at all.  It was insulting.

Hope: Geez, I’m gonna hear about this all day!  Gee…  Are you even going to answer?

Kurama: No.

Hope: -sighs-

Hope: No…  So, I’ll do a skit!  Again, I am stealing one of Vhee’s ideas, but I think she’ll forgive me.  –sends Vhee a Kurama plushy-  There!

Kurama: Do I have to do anything?

Hope: Yep

Kurama: -sighs-


Hope: Here it is!  We will drop in on our lovely characters while their working or whatever.  Yay!  First up, Kurama!  (Of course)

-walks into Kurama’s office and finds him typing away at his computer-

Hope: Hiya!

Kurama: -jumps and turns- What are you doing here?

Hope: We’re coming to see your lovely work…  Your step-dad’s company, right?

Kurama: Yes.  Miss Darkness, I-

Shuichi: -walks in-  Yo, Shu- Oh god, she’s hot!

Kurama: -sighs- Hardly.  Now, Miss Darkness, I want you to-

Hope: Hardly?  Hardly?!  I’ll have you know that I’m kami-sama’s gift to man!  I’m soooo sexy, it should make your eyes hurt!

Kurama: Actually, no.  You’re not.  Now leave, before I do something deadly.

Hope: -whimpers and runs away, stopping in front of a tree to catch her breath- (Note: She’s five miles away – fear makes a person fast)  Gawd…  Who put a thorn in his side? –looks behind herself to make sure she wasn’t followed-

Hiei: -in tree she’s leaning against-  He doesn’t like being bugged at work.  Were you up to something, again?  -shoots her a pointed look-

Hope: -gasps in affront and looks upward- Never!  I’m the epitome of innocence!

Hiei: No, you’re not.  You’re always up to something, Hope.  Always.

Hope: And you’re mean.  Your point?

Hiei: -holds up sword- Die.

Hope: -runs away from the midget psychopath- -and trips over something on the ground-  Ow…

Kuwabara: -sits up from cloud gazing-  Huh?  Oh, Hope!

Hope: Ack!  Yusuke!  Save me from the nerd!  -dives behind Yusuke, who’d also been cloud gazing-

Yusuke: The hell?

Hope: -runs away screaming and runs into Hiei-

Hiei: Die. –raises sword-

Hope: No!  -runs away and throws cookies and cream icecream cone over her shoulder-

Hiei: -catches it easily and devours it, watching her run with an evil smile-  Die…!  -runs after her-


Hope: -is now back in America, it’s two days later-  Geez, those guys have issues.

Hiei: -walks in-  Where’s Gaara?

Hope: In Suna.  He had Kazekage things to do…

Hiei: Damn.  Have anybody else I can beat up?

Hope: -walks over to closet and opens it, revealing Jack Spicer-  There you go.  Beat him up.  Nobody’ll miss him…

Hiei: -grins evilly-  Good.

Jack: -runs for his life-

Hiei: -chases, laughing maniacally-

Hope: -waves- Have fun!  -walks back over and sits on the couch-

Kurama: I don’t have issues.  –is also sitting on the couch-

Hope: Yes you do.

Kurama: No I don’t.

Hope: Do too.

Kurama: Do not.

Hope: Do.

Kurama: Not.

Hope: Do.
